Return & Exchange Policy
At Verdes Trade Limited, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and hygiene reasons, certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Opened cosmetic products
- Personal care items
- Gift cards and downloadable content
Return Process
- Contact our support team at support@verdes-trade.com to request a return.
- Pack the item securely and include your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Ship the package to the return address provided by our team.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us by email before returning the product.
